Good vs Bad Service

Been to two separate restaurants recently,

One with good experience and the other with bad experience..

First up,

Went to Korea Restaurant for dinner

Table set-up, we're having Korean BBQ~

The sweet couple busy ordering..

Miso soup for appetiser.

Prawn cocktail~ Yumm~

Pork and seafood set.

Beef set!!

The grill was very special..

Sis ordered fried ice-cream!! Was so yummeh!!

The side dishes, they gave us two sets of these for three of us!!

All of them taste good!!

The restaurant..

The owner of the restaurant was really nice and friendly,

There's one big table who was celebrating a person's birthday and the owner gave her a serve of fried ice-cream (Picture as above) with a sparkles (we call it 仙女棒 in Chinese, it's a type of fireworks..) along with a candle. The owner even sang happy birthday song to the lady, very loudly!! :D

When we were having our meals, he came and ask if there's anything that we want or is everything okay.

And when we paying the bills at the counter, he even joke with us while waiting for the receipt to be printed.

He's just a lovely man!! :)

Had a really great dinner~

This afternoon, we went to Citi Zen for Yum Cha..

It's very grand in the inside,

But the service was not really good and definitely very slow!!

Their egg tart was nice, and it's hot~

Most of the food there was already quite cold and kind of dry..

All the decorations look really grand and high class..

Even the chairs!!

The bar n counter..

I really love the lighting, so pretty!!

There's three big private tables at the back there..

Seaweed roll, we ordered this.

And it came out around 15 minutes later and it's cold!!!

Really disappointed, and the servings were so small.. =.=

Okay, here's what happened.
There's an ordering pad for you to order whatever you wanted.
And we gave it to one of the waiters after filling in the order form.
We waited and waited but nothing came out..
We was like idiot, looking around and waiting for our food..
After that, we asked one of the waiters is our food being prepared and they said they'll check for us and found out that the ordering form was missing in action.. =.=
So we fill in another one again.
And they kept telling us that some of the items that we've ordered is out of stock already,
And we waited for so long but only one item was served.
So we was so angry and went to the counted to pay the bill.
We ordered around 10++ items and three of them were out of stock and only one were being served..
How long does it take to steam all those things!!
Really slow service and not efficient at all!!
There were like 10++ staff on the floor but most of them had nothing to do but just walk around like zombies.. =.=
I don't think they are going to survive any longer..
Loss in profit, exceeded staff wages, bad reputation..
Ppl will eventually talk about their bad experience with their friends right?
Urgh, so pissed!! >.<
